Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or in relevant area as specified in the tasks for the position. Preference for experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Laboratory operations. Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area.
Salary Offered: Deputy Manager: Basic pay range Rs. 25,000 – 45,000 per month; approximate gross salary Rs. 49,700 per month (Non-Metro) at minimum of scale; annual CTC approx. Rs. 7.14 lakhs. Assistant Manager: Basic pay range Rs. 20,000 – 40,000 per month; approximate gross salary Rs. 39,760 per month (Non-Metro) at minimum of scale; annual CTC approx. Rs. 5.77 lakhs.

Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years Assistant Manager: Maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2026 |
